Definitions 1. “DATA” means any documentation subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and limited to only that DATA available through the SITE. 3. Warranty, Liability, Indemnity 1. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, this SITE and all DATA, products, services and software on this SITE or made available through this SITE are provided “As is” without any representations, warranties, guarantees or conditions, of any kind, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise. 2. 4BM makes no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to the accuracy, usefulness, novelty, validity, scope, completeness or currency of the DATA and expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the DATA. 4BM does not ensure or warrant compatibility with past, current or future versions of your browser to access the SITE’s DATA. 3.
